Located in the Lower East Side in an area dubbed the “New Bohemia” this new construction 6 story mixed used building will feature 8 luxury apartment rentals. 4 residential units will be 2 bedroom half floors, the units on the 2nd and 6th floors will be loft style floor throughs with 3 bedrooms. The first floor will be commercial space.

Reflecting this neighborhood’s vibrant artistic feel, existing graffiti at the site is being documented for possible reinterpretation in the building’s lobby.
