Early work focused on the rehabilitation of historic brownstones and has evolved to include ground up construction of residential and commercial properties throughout New York City.

HAL EINHORN, Principal
Hal Einhorn, Principal of Einhorn Development Group, is an architect and real estate developer.
His initial architectural practice centered on rehabilitation of residential buildings for private clients. His work appeared in several national publications including House Beautiful and Home and Garden.
Mr. Einhorn began to undertake development projects in 1970, in Park Slope Brooklyn, with the rehabilitation of 140 Berkeley Place. He has subsequently worked on more than 36 projects primarily in Brooklyn and Manhattan.
In 1976 Mr. Einhorn established Old House Inspection Company of which he is President. The Company provides due diligence inspection services for urban residential properties. The firm’s expertise in this area is widely recognized by the real estate community.
YIANNES EINHORN, Principal
Yiannes Einhorn, a principal of Einhorn Development Group since 2002, has a long standing interest in design. His early experience working for construction companies along with his business background make him ideally suited to manage all aspects of real estate development.
Mr. Einhorn identifies properties of interest for EDG and develops financing strategies. He works with the architects and engineers to develop plans and directs the day to day supervision of construction.
Mr. Einhorn is Vice President of Old House inspection, a due diligence Inspection Company and assists in the management of family owned properties.
